For our first group assignment in Business, Chong Yu Xuan, Naim Ariffin, Nurina Aida & I had to plan and design a business that suits the location and demographics that we've chose.
Our business plan presentation for our coffee shop, Black & White.
Our business plan was to create small coffee shops in highly populated areas such as Bukit Bintang, Damansara, and in close vicinity to universities. The main demographic of our customers are workers and students, followed by foreigners, with an income of >RM2000 for workers and foreigners and <RM2000 for students. Our main goal was to create a high-end coffee shop, with great food and atmosphere and at affordable prices. The theme of our coffee shop was to make everything inside it black and white, even the burger buns, hence the name 'Black & White'. Mr. Joe.
In the end, we've learned on how to do research on business and all that, and on how to handle and manage our own group.
