Building Technology I

For Building Technology, we were tasked to produce a scaled model, and the video for the project, and come up with the IBS score as the conclusion.

As a conclusion, the Industrialized Building System (IBS) is an innovation in
the construction industry, which leads to many benefits such as cost saving,
less time consuming, controlled quality of materials, environmental friendly
and leaves a positive impact on social and safety in the architectural industry.
IBS should not be seen as a threat to traditional methods. Instead, they
should work together hand in hand and improve the construction processes
collectively.
